Rental Guidelines

When we review an application we are looking for the following:

  • Combined household income to be 2.5 times the monthly rent after expenses are paid
  • 6 months of continuous employment
  • We will verify your rental history with a previous landlord
  • We will verify your employment
  • We will run a criminal background check
  • We will run a credit check – We are most concerned with items on your credit report that impact your rental history – For example, Landlord Tenant Judgements, evictions, and utility collections
